At Slash Snowboards, we stand by the craftsmanship of our gear and want you to be completely satisfied with your setup. If your new board or accessories aren't the perfect fit, you can return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Gear
Ensure the snowboard or gear is in its original, unused condition with all factory stickers and packaging intact; mounted boards cannot be returned.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely pack your items in the original shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
